If you would like to REGISTER or AUDITION please complete the form below. Include as much information as possible. Once this document has been received you will be contacted by the Registration/Audition team. If we need any further information we'll drop you an email.

List the name(s) of the Class, Session, Workshop, Project, Company, Audition your are registering for.

List BOTH Home Phone & Mobile Numbers (of Parent if candidate is under 18yrs)

Participant Experience: Dance, Drama, Singing, Music, Design, Technical (Classes, Exams Grades, Certificates etc.) Please state NONE if this is irrelevant.

List all NON PROFESSIONAL and PROFESSIONAL Concerts, Shows or Productions and roles you have performed or participated in. Include dates and location. Include any video links etc. Please state NONE if this is irrelevant.

List any commitments that my affect your particpation. Also, non professional or professional work you have booked but not yet performed. Dates and location. Company and Director. Please state NONE if this is irrelevant.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

If your child is over 18 and still in full time education but you are settling fees.

Please complete the the form on their behalf and we will adjust contact details at a later date if required.
